Giving people a head start.

The Working Wardrobe project (in partnership with Newydd Housing, United Welsh, CCHA, Platfform and Bluegg) will donate interview clothing to people looking for work in our communities in South Wales.

This project will give people the confidence and self-belief to take that all-important first step towards a new, meaningful career. Because when you're dressed for success, you feel like you can take on the world.

How it'll work

Housing association tenants and people engaged with local support services will be able to select, create and keep a 'work suitable' outfit from their local store for free.

Clothing will be accessible across four key hubs - more info on how to access the service will be shared soon!

  • Cardiff
  • Rhondda Cynon Taff
  • Caerphilly
  • Vale of Glamorgan

How you can help

Do you have spare work-suitable clothes clogging up your wardrobe? Or are you happy to pick up extra items next time you're shopping?

We're in the process of filling our hubs with enough clothes to kickstart our project and will be collecting clothing donations of high-quality, new or gently used professional workwear, that doesn't require any mending.

You can also help us raise money to support people in our communities by making an online donation here. For corporate donations, please get in touch with us at
