Not only does Lucy pass the Moxie vibe check, she comes with an abundance of recruitment experience and knowledge from her time recruiting for Reed and Prince Resourcing. Along with 5 years of experience recruiting for a range a HR & Learning and Development roles, Lucy also has some valuable experience recruiting in the fast paced Tech space. Always handy to know.
What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?
“No day is ever the same in recruitment. The satisfaction of being able to match someone to a new role is a great feeling and a feeling often overlooked by recruiters.”
What will you be focusing on within Team Moxie?
“I’m on a mission to match talented HR & Learning and Development professionals with the best businesses across Wales and beyond.
I’ll be supporting businesses to recruit for the full range of HR roles, which will include generalist HR, learning and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, EDI, wellbeing and organisational development.”
What excites you about working with purpose driven industries like social housing, charities, renewable energy etc?
For me, I love the idea of being able to partner with organisations knowing you are going to help make a positive impact. It gives you a sense of fulfilment in work.”

1. You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?
“Crocodile Rock by Elton John (lol don’t judge.)
We could never judge, who doesn’t love an Elton John bop! We’ll make sure to have a mic at the ready at our next Christmas do.
2. What’s something we’d never guess about you?
I used to work as cabin crew for Emirates…funny thing is, I’m not actually a huge fan of flying. It was a great opportunity though, I even lived in Dubai for a while.
3. Working as a flight attendant, we bet you’ve been to some incredible places. What’s been your favourite?
New York
4. As you may already know, we’re a big bunch of foodies at Moxie. We love nothing more than to grab some good grub. What’s something you could eat every day?
