Moxie are seeking a Compliance Manager eager to advance their compliance career within the social housing sector. You will lead a small team to deliver an exceptional cyclical maintenance compliance service, ensuring it is cost-effective, complies with legislation, and meets the needs of fantastic Social Housing provider, wanting to do great things in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cyclical maintenance contracts are retendered to provide best practices and VFM.
  • Line manage a small compliance team 3- direct reports
  • Oversee contractors to establish, communicate, monitor, and maintain performance levels.
  • including organising and documenting regular contract meetings.
  • Provide an asbestos and Gas compliance service, ensuring adherence to legislation and HSE guidelines, following the asbestos management plan.

About You:

  • Experience working within the social housing housing sector.
  • Experience with Asbestos management P405, and Gas compliance.
  • Are you passionate about compliance, data and its critical role in maintaining a high-quality compliance service.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experienced in managing cyclical maintenance for residential properties.
  • be willing to undergo a basic DBS.
