Moxie People is supporting a well-known third sector organisation in hiring a Digital Project Manager for a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. This role entails leading a digital transformation programme across four core systems, including iTrent. It’s ideal for someone with solid digital transformation experience and a technical mindset.
Role: Digital Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid
Duration: 12-18 months FTC (initially)
As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead major digital projects focused on enhancing existing systems, introducing new technologies, and optimising business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand needs, define project scope, and provide regular progress updates.
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within scope.
- Act as the main contact for the digital transformation project, building relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and risk management plans.
- Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain alignment with organisational goals.
- Oversee technology integrations, including cloud platforms, automation, and data analytics
- Manage third-party vendors to deliver comprehensive technical solutions
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in project management and digital transformation.
- Successful track record of systems implementation/integration (iTrent experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with best practices in data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with Directors, users, and technical teams.
