If you're a qualified HNC or degree qualified Building surveyor, Repairs Surveyor looking to move into a social housing team that values your input , expertise and knowledge within repairs plus damp & mold. Moxie are working with a London based Housing association that wants to make a difference, provide a quality and safe environment for their tenants.
Location: South East/London Blended – Home, Office & Site Visits ( flexible hybrid)
Contract: Full-time - Permanent - £55-65K - (depending on experience)
Would suit a repairs Surveyor, Building surveyor, Voids Surveyor , or planned works Surveyor looking to get back into repairs
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect properties & diagnose damp, mould, and disrepair
- Specify, manage & monitor remedial works from start to finish
- Deliver excellent customer experience & meet KPI targets
- Collaborate with contractors & residents
- Ensure works meet quality, compliance & budget standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Surveyor (RICS/CIOB or HNC equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in housing disrepair/major works
- Strong communicator, organiser, and problem-solver
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft & project tools
- Valid UK driving licence
