We conducted a comprehensive market-wide consultation on salary expectations and initiated a benchmarking exercise, which revealed a significant disparity in Kaleidoscope’s offering. After reviewing the findings with Martin, he used this data to realign the salary structure with industry-specific standards.
Leveraging our extensive talent pool and deep expertise in HR and charity recruitment, we proactively identified and engaged candidates with the right mix of experience and values. Our targeted approach and strategic recommendations enabled us to provide Kaleidoscope with a diverse range of applicants, all of which were invited to interview. We then collaborated closely with the Director of HR, Emma, to ensure that only the most suitable candidates were shortlisted for interviews.
